At Faithfull the Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the items are in unworn, unwashed condition.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
